Dear Bulldog Families and Fans,
We are working hard to get ready for fall sports and activities and are looking forward to a great 2020-21 school year. The safety of our players, families, and community members is our top priority, and we know we all have to work together to keep everyone healthy.
Within the framework of MSSHA recommendations, we’ve developed a tiered system specific to our community.
At Level 1, only participants, coaches, officials, event staff, media and security personnel would be included in order to limit the exposure to players and staff.
At level 2, all those in level 1 are included, in addition to the cheerleading squad. Each player/participant will be given a limited number of vouchers to be used to purchase tickets, and a limited number of vouchers will be made available to the visiting team. Some concessions may be available.
Level 3 includes the members of Levels 1 & 2, and introduces a limited number of student tickets.
Level 4 includes individuals in Levels 1-3, but allows a limited number of community members to pre-purchase tickets online. These will be made available on our website on a first come, first served basis.Finally,
Level 5 returns us to what we know to be “normal”, with full community access to tickets at the gate/door, full participation of the band, and full concessions.
*Please note that the “limited numbers” vary by sport and venue.
More information will be made available on how we will begin the fall season in each sport, however, the Football Jamboree to be held August 21st, will take place at Level 2 (no public ticket sales).
We are asking all attendees to wear a face covering when entering/exiting the stadium and when moving around the facility in common areas. Face coverings may be removed once you are in your seats, providing you can distance from other groups around you.
The distribution of the vouchers will be at the discretion of the player.
Please do not arrive at the gate without a voucher, as there will be no additional tickets available for purchase.
We understand there will likely be some disappointed fans, but we are working to have live stream access available to view remotely through our Bulldog Athletic YouTube Channel. Please stay tuned to our website and app for more information regarding live streaming. We hope to be able to open up access to the games and events soon. Thank you for your patience as we work through this brand new process.
